You acknowledge and agree:
- Voluntary Authorization — You grant permission voluntarily and understand entry may occur without your presence.
- Release of Liability — You release the Company from claims arising from entry in your absence, including alleged missing items or incidental property damage.
- Valuables & Personal Property — You are responsible for securing valuables prior to granting access.
- Scope of Work — Work is limited to the issue described unless additional urgent issues are discovered.
- Reasonable Care — The Company will exercise reasonable care on the premises.
- No Guarantee — No guarantee is made regarding complete resolution during the visit.

Your selected time is a preference only and is not guaranteed. Final scheduling depends on availability, and we will send a confirmation with your exact appointment time.
A 20% surcharge applies for weekend (Sat/Sun) or evening (after 5:00 PM) appointments.
No charge now. You will not be charged at this time. Payment is only required after your booking is reviewed and confirmed by our team. You'll receive a payment request on your Payments tab.
By proceeding, I confirm that I:
- Authorize entry to the property to perform the requested cleaning and small repair services
- Understand services may be performed by the company's team and/or third-party professionals as needed
- Acknowledge that cleaning and maintenance may reveal pre-existing conditions or damage
- Agree the company is not liable for pre-existing issues, normal wear and tear, fragile items, or failures due to age or prior installations
- Agree to report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion
- Accept that final pricing may adjust if actual conditions differ from what was described
Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

Terms and Conditions for Guest Parking

- Eligibility: You confirm that you are a guest of the building/property and authorized to use the parking facilities.
- Parking Duration: The parking reservation is valid only for the dates and duration selected during booking.
- Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and truthful vehicle and contact information.
- Confirmation and Payment: By proceeding, you agree to process your payment for the selected parking plan.
- Cancellation and Changes: Management reserves the right to cancel or modify parking requests at any time.
- Liability: The building/property management is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to your vehicle, its contents, or any persons while using the parking facilities. You park at your own risk.
- Privacy Policy: Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Agreement: By clicking "Accept & Continue to Payment," you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
